Hi Every body

i want just to share my very very bad experience in Cleopatracasino 

i won big money and after lots of excuses to cash out the money always waiting waiting 

yesterday they closed my account and they cancel my win because they said that i duplicate my account 

this is of course no true

It is incredible so all of this about online casino is really a fraud because they can just took money and decided not paid

Everybody no play in cleopatracasino is a fraud

First step: I would ask for their complaints department to resolve the matter with them, that's always the easiest way. Unfortunately I do not have any contacts at Cleopatra Casino (actually first time I see this online casino).

If they do not take the complaint seriously or if you cannot come to a resolution with CleopatraCasino I would ask them what the following step in the procedure should be. Next step is usually to contact their licensing body:

Cleopatra casino is working with a Curacao licence under Direx N.V. (see attachment) - you can contact them via the Email address complaints@gaminglicences.com

On a side note: they say that they're fully compliant with the government of Curacao but their license do not allow them to take Dutch players - but they offer the main Dutch payment method iDeal.
